About the Founder
Dina C. Skeffrey, PhD, is the Founder/CEO of Renaissance Consultants LLC. Dina is an educator, a businesswoman, a storyteller, and an activist who believes that knowledge and her commitment to serving her community is what guides her to greatness. She has coupled her corporate endeavors with her passion for higher education to strengthen her company’s initiatives. Dina has devoted her company to providing mentorship and professional development for young women who are interested in pursuing a career in business, entrepreneurship, and higher education.
Dina has consulted with New York State judges, N.J. government, been acknowledged by the NBA for her marketing initiatives, and was most recently was awarded the New York Power Women in Business Award.

Renaissance Consultants LLC is a minority-owned women’s business, composed of educators, business professionals, engineers, attorneys and many within the C-suite. Renaissance Consultants LLC is a consulting company that has emerged to provide dynamic services to your start up companies, existing companies, schools, organizations, and corporations.
It is important for us to create visibility, transparency, and growth within our business community, while gathering data that will lead to positive outcomes as we create opportunities for our participants, make the silent visible, and create opportunities for growth, competitiveness, and inclusion in the workforce.

How we have changed during the pandemic
COVID-19 has impacted the country in astronomical ways. The pandemic taught businesses that there is a dire need for diversification. Diversification in teaching, diversification in where we obtain resources, and implementation of social media. Renaissance Consultants LLC believes in empowerment. The empowerment of youth, young people, and those who aspire for new experiences. We provide diversity training, financial literacy, leadership skills, and strategic planning beginning with the youth, teachers, administrators, and corporations.
Renaissance Consultants LLC believes that it is important to delve into creating affinity spaces to assist students, teachers, administrators, and leaders as they are the continued path to a legacy of successfully accomplished individuals. We provide the tools for success through innovative techniques, strategic training, and support.
